Accessing and using geabolognabookings.com means you accept these Terms. Bookings made through the site constitute an offer for short-term rental under the conditions shown at checkout and confirmed by Gea Bologna.
1. The service
The site showcases short-stay apartments in Bologna managed by Gea Bologna and authorised partners. Information (photos, descriptions, prices) is provided in good faith and may be updated until final confirmation.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is completed through the stated flow (Hostex calendar, price check, payment). Displayed prices include components indicated at checkout (tourist tax where applicable, platform fees if shown).
Payment is processed by secure providers; Gea Bologna does not store full card details.
3. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and refund policies depend on the selected rate and are shown before payment. For changes or cancellations contact info.geabologna@gmail.com with your booking reference.
4. House rules
Guests agree to:
- Follow property rules and respect neighbours;
- Not exceed the maximum number of authorised guests;
- Treat furnishings and equipment with care;
- Report faults or emergencies promptly;
- Respect communicated check-in/check-out times.
5. Liability
Gea Bologna is liable within legal limits for damages arising from contractual breach. We are not liable for force majeure, third-party service outages, or damage caused by misuse of the property by the guest.
The site is provided «as is»; we strive for reliability but do not guarantee zero technical interruptions.
6. Intellectual property
Copy, images, the Gea Bologna brand and site design are protected. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer protections in the guest’s country of residence apply where required. Competent court: Bologna, unless mandatory consumer jurisdiction applies elsewhere.
